Gift certificate FAQ
When can it be used?
Beginning January 1, 2027. If Odesa opens later, redemption begins when the restaurant opens to the public.
How is it delivered?
Complimentary standard shipping within the United States. Certificates are normally mailed within 3–5 business days after payment is verified.
Can it be used over multiple visits?
Yes. Any remaining balance stays available through the certificate’s expiration date.
Can I divide the value?
Yes. Choose an available division while ordering, or contact us to exchange an unused certificate into smaller denominations of the same total value.
Can I send it directly to someone?
Yes. Select “Mail it directly to the recipient” and enter their name and mailing address.
Can it be used for gratuity or cash?
Certificates are not valid for gratuities and cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law.
What if it is lost?
Contact us. We can consider replacement when the purchase and unused balance can be verified; the original certificate will be voided.
Can I order for a company or a group?
Absolutely. Email us for employee, client, event, or custom larger orders.
